Products

We endeavour to ensure that all prices and availability of products listed are up to date but these are subject to change without notice. All discovered errors will be amended as soon as possible. In the meantime, Animal Therapeutics Online reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Due to the popularity of some products and delays on supplier shipments, Animal Therapeutics Online is not held responsible for any products that are not available. If a product is not currently in stock you will be advised as soon as possible and will have the option to exchange, wait or refund.

Warranties

Most products come with a warranty; these are set by the manufacturer and not by Animal Therapeutics Online. In most cases the warranty terms are listed on the product information page but if not, please contact us to request it.  If you need to send your product back for warranty purposes please contact us and we will provide you with instructions on what to do.

Returns

We are dedicated to providing you with a product that suits your needs and purpose. If you receive a product from us which you do not believe to be suitable please contact us and we will exchange it for store credit so you can select something more appropriate.  
If you receive your product and it is in any way damaged or defective we will readily exchange it for an equivalent item or store credit. If there is no equivalent product available we will provide a refund.
All postage costs in these instances will be borne by the customer unless otherwise offered by Animal Therapeutics Online. All returns must be in original condition and packaging; we will not accept used products for return unless otherwise negotiated
For all returns you must contact Animal Therapeutics within 7 days of order dispatch by phone or email. A copy of the original Tax Invoice should be attached to the returned item along with a brief description of the fault.

Payment

We encourage payment via paypal, direct deposit or credit card. We do accept cheques (payable to Animal Therapeutics Online) or money orders, but please allow 5 working days from receipt of the cheque to allow it to be deposited and be cleared by the bank prior to your order dispatch.

Delivery
Delivery costs

We attempt to use the most cost effective method of delivery for your order. Small items are posted through Australia Post by prepaid parcel packs and therefore have set delivery costs.
$6.50 for orders under 500 grams and $11.50 for orders between 500 grams and 3 kgs. These are by standard post. 3-5kg orders are posted by express post at a set rate of $19.50.
Larger items, including Activo Med Combi systems, require couriering as the packaging is outside Australia Post maximum size requirements. We will endeavour to source the most economical way to courier your order and will provide a quote on request. As a guide, Activo Med Combi systems cost between $120 and $150 to courier to most parts of Australia.


Delivery times

Animal Therapeutics aims to dispatch all products that are in stock within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
If a product is temporarily unavailable we will advise you at the earliest possible time and provide you with the opportunity to select another suitable product, wait while the order is filled or withdraw your order.
Most large custom products, including the Activo Med Combi systems, are ordered in on request. This is to account for the vast choice of options and to ensure all orders are of the latest level product available.
Animal Therapeutics Online will notify you on receipt of your order and advise you again once the item has been dispatched. As a guide, small immediately posted items will arrive within Australia between 3-4 days, larger custom orders (eg Activo Med Combi systems) usually arrive within 2-3 weeks but can take longer depending on customs processing. While every attempt is made to ensure fast delivery of goods we will not be responsible for any delays due to any unforseen circumstance.  

International shipping is higher than standard shipping costs and requires quoting by us and payment prior to the order being processed. In some cases we may not be able to ship products internationally in which case we will gladly refund your money and assist you in finding a suitable alternative.

Privacy Policy

When you place an order at www.animaltherapeutics.com.au we retain your contact details to communicate with you about your order. Following your order, you are automatically added to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe to our mailing list at any time by following the instructions on the bottom of the email. We never sell, trade or pass on your contact details.

Limitation of Liability

Animal Therapeutics will not be liable for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or any products or information obtained via it.

All animal injuries and ailments should at first be assessed by a veterinarian. If you are not sure what therapy will suit your animal we are happy to advise, but all final decisions are your responsibility and should be undertaken with consultation from your veterinarian. We are legally obliged to state that alternative therapies are not medically proven although evidence suggests that appropriate use will assist with many injuries and illnesses.
