Wendy Schaeffer

As one of the veterans of international eventing, Wendy Schaeffer is no stranger to anyone who followed the Atlanta Olympics where at just 21 years of age she gained her place in the record books as the youngest woman to have won Olympic equestrian gold, just weeks after suffering a serious broken leg!

Today, Wendy has a team of horses that are consistently dominating both high level eventing and World Cup showjumping. Her years of experience competing at the top combined with her qualifications as a Physiotherapist with a Masters in Animal Physiotherapy, means Wendy knows the importance of keeping her horses sound. She uses her Activo Med Combi Plus system to keep her horses in top shape and aid in their performances during their competition schedule.

“The Activo Med Combi + System gives my horses a competitive advantage in the demanding sports of Eventing and Jumping by helping alleviate any muscle soreness and rejuvinating them for peak performance when it counts.”
